These Terms of Service govern your purchase, download, installation, activation, and use of WP Full Backup Scheduler. By purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, or using the plugin, you agree to these Terms.
WP Full Backup Scheduler is a WordPress backup plugin that helps users create website file backups, database backups, scheduled backups, local backup archives, and optional Google Drive uploads.
When you purchase WP Full Backup Scheduler, you receive a yearly plugin license for use according to the license terms provided at the time of purchase. Your license may be required for plugin activation, updates, support, and continued use of licensed features.
WP Full Backup Scheduler is sold as a yearly subscription. Your subscription renews yearly unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals but does not refund any previous payment.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information. All fees are charged in accordance with the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. We may change pricing in the future, but any changes will apply only according to the terms of your payment provider or subscription arrangement.
WP Full Backup Scheduler is a digital software product. All purchases, renewals, license fees, subscription payments, and digital downloads are final and non-refundable. Please review our Refund Policy before purchasing.
After successful payment, you may receive access to a plugin download link and license key. Download links may be temporary, limited, or secured to prevent misuse. You are responsible for saving your plugin file and license details safely.
The plugin may connect to our licensing system to activate, verify, validate, or check the status of your license. If your license is expired, cancelled, invalid, suspended, or revoked, access to licensed features, updates, support, or activation may be limited.
You agree not to:
You are responsible for maintaining your WordPress website, hosting account, database, files, Google Drive account, credentials, backup storage, and security. You are also responsible for checking that backups are completed successfully and that backup files can be restored when needed.
WP Full Backup Scheduler is designed to help create backup files, but no backup system can guarantee complete protection against data loss, server failure, misconfiguration, hosting restrictions, file corruption, malware, third-party service failure, or user error.
You should regularly test your backups, store copies in multiple secure locations, and maintain your own disaster recovery plan.
The plugin may integrate with Google Drive or other third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party service outages, API changes, quota limits, permission issues, account restrictions, security policies, or configuration problems. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.
Plugin performance depends on your hosting environment, server resources, PHP configuration, database permissions, file permissions, memory limits, execution time limits, disk space, cron availability, and third-party plugin/theme conflicts. We do not guarantee compatibility with every hosting provider or server configuration.
Basic support may be provided for installation, license activation, general configuration, and common plugin issues. Support does not include custom development, server administration, WordPress repair, malware cleanup, Google account management, hosting troubleshooting, or restoring websites unless separately agreed.
We may provide plugin updates, fixes, improvements, or security patches from time to time. Updates may require an active valid license. We are not required to provide updates indefinitely or maintain compatibility with outdated WordPress, PHP, hosting, or third-party service versions.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to licenses, downloads, updates, or support if we detect fraud, abuse, chargebacks, unauthorized sharing, license misuse, security risks, or violation of these Terms.
WP Full Backup Scheduler, including its code, design, branding, documentation, text, graphics, and related materials, is owned by its developer or rightful owner. You receive a limited license to use the plugin, but you do not receive ownership of the software or intellectual property.
WP Full Backup Scheduler is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the plugin will be error-free, uninterrupted, fully compatible with every environment, or suitable for every purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including data loss, website downtime, lost revenue, lost profits, business interruption, backup failure, restore failure, security breach, or third-party service failure arising from your use of the plugin.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the plugin, your website, your backups, your violation of these Terms, or your misuse of any license or service.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the plugin or website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
