1. Non-Refundable Digital Product

WP Full Backup Scheduler is a digital software product. All purchases, subscription payments, renewals, license fees, and digital downloads are final and non-refundable.

2. No Refund After Purchase

Once payment is completed and the plugin download, license key, or access to the product has been provided, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, exchanges, credits, or chargeback reimbursements.

3. Yearly Subscription

WP Full Backup Scheduler is sold as a yearly license subscription. The subscription renews yearly unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not refund any previous payment.

4. Customer Responsibility Before Purchase

Before purchasing, customers are responsible for reviewing the plugin features, documentation, requirements, pricing, compatibility, and limitations. By purchasing the plugin, you confirm that you understand the product and agree that the payment is non-refundable.

5. Compatibility and Hosting Requirements

The plugin requires a compatible WordPress website and hosting environment. Refunds will not be provided for issues caused by unsupported hosting, server restrictions, missing PHP extensions, file permission problems, database access limitations, Google Drive configuration issues, third-party plugin conflicts, or customer-side setup problems.

6. Google Drive and Third-Party Services

WP Full Backup Scheduler may integrate with Google Drive or other third-party services. We are not responsible for changes, restrictions, outages, permission issues, quota limits, or policy changes from third-party services. Such issues do not qualify for a refund.

7. Support Does Not Guarantee Refund Eligibility

We may provide basic support for installation, activation, license verification, and configuration. However, requesting support does not make a purchase refundable. We will make reasonable efforts to help, but all payments remain non-refundable.

8. Duplicate Payments

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same license by mistake, please contact us with payment details. Verified duplicate payments may be reviewed separately at our discretion.

9. Fraud, Abuse, and License Misuse

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke licenses related to fraud, abuse, unauthorized sharing, chargeback abuse, reverse engineering, resale, or violation of our terms. No refund will be provided in such cases.

10. Chargebacks and Disputes

If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened, we may suspend the related license, download access, updates, and support until the dispute is resolved.
